This show was all about sustainable living,
eco-environments. My food art participation was to make several
dishes all from soy beans: hand made soy milk, tofu, and crispy
snacks. Really brought to your attention how good soy beans
are, and how bad the commercially produced products are. I was
excited to make many varied tastes all from the same
ingredient.
