I have performed a series of taste experiences. I am interested in the physicality, directness and now-ness of the taste performance.
The photographs are of past taste-lets which were left to dry or rot. The viewer/taster is protected from the unappetizing images by their high-gloss finish.
The ceramics provide a support for the taste-let. They have their own memory of how they were formed and found their shape
